Our return policy is good for 7 days. If you are not happy or found defect on your item. Return your item within 7 days with all "tags" for full refund minus shipping fee. After 7 days, there will be no refund nor store credit.
For online orders, you must submit a return request by using "contact us" message box. We will provide return instructions.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure all tags are attached to the item in original condition. Removing the tags will void this return policy.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the return will be refunded or rejected. The return process usually takes about 2-3 business days.
Clearance Sale and Special Order Items:
All clearance sale and special order items are not refundable.
